4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or text messaging system. We require at least 24 hours notice for new bookings.
4.2 Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
4.3 Rescheduling
We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible with at least 24 hours notice.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Recurring service customers will be notified of price changes in advance
6. Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Damage caused by defective equipment or fixtures
Items not disclosed during the initial consultation
Damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control
