4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or by text. New bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price. We accommodate rescheduling when possible.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
- Recurring customers will be notified of price changes in advance.
6. Service Guarantee
BubbleDash provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
7. Liability and Insurance
BubbleDash is fully insured and bonded. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by defective equipment or fixtures, items not disclosed during the initial consultation, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal information. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes without explicit consent.
9. Intellectual Property
BubbleDash website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to BubbleDash and is protected by copyright law.
